Saturday Evening Blog Post
I know, I know. It's actually still Friday. So I'm a few hours ahead of myself. Sue me. Or maybe congratulate me. Because really, when am I ever this on the ball? And with winter brain, no less?
So on the last Saturday of every month, Elizabeth Esther hosts a Saturday Evening Blog Post in which she invites us to share our favorite post from the month. This month, we're playing a bit of catch up and including our favorites from December and January.
For December, I chose this post about limbo, in which I compare myself to a Marmaduke falloon.
And for January, I went with this piece about lists old and new, written in the ten minutes before it was time to pack lunches and start the school day.
In other news, my four year old just knocked my lights out in Wii boxing. And in addition to throwing punches, I threw my back out. It's what I like to call a "Lose-Lose." Now she gets to fall upon her pillow feeling happy and victorious, and I get to pop some Motrin and spend the next hour or so perfecting the child's pose.
Happy weekend, friends!
